2nd Shift Manufacturing Machine Operator – $21.80-$23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Occasional Weekend Overtime)

A well-established manufacturing company in the Mountain Home area is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Manufacturing Machine Operator to join their production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll set up, operate, and monitor industrial machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

What You'll Be Doing
• Set up and operate production machinery
• Load and thread material through the machine for production
• Monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet specifications
• Make machine adjustments and use hand tools as needed
• Read production orders and follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What They're Looking For
• At least one year of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand basic English
