Job Description: Sheet Metal Employee – 2nd Shift
Pay: $21.44/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 11pm
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Sheet Metal Employee on 2nd shift. Prior sheet metal experience is preferred but not required — candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Training runs approximately 3-6 weeks depending on your progress, and this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that offers excellent benefits and real career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of sheet metal parts.
- Operate various tools and machinery (training provided).
- Ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Qualifications:
- Sheet metal experience preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing experience required if no sheet metal experience.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Accurate ability with measurement tools.
