Temporary Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator
$28-$32/hour DOE | Up to 40 Hours/Week
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to provide full-cycle recruiting support during a temporary assignment beginning in September.

Compensation

- Up to 40 hours per week
- Temporary assignment: September 2026 - February 2027
- 100% onsite
In This Role, You'll
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source and screen candidates for professional and technical positions
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Attend career fairs and recruiting events
- Maintain applicant tracking system records
- Assist with onboarding and employer branding initiatives
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professional or technical positions
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings while providing an exceptional candidate experience
