Temporary HR Generalist
$25-$29/hour DOE | Up to 30 Hours/Week
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide broad Human Resources support during a temporary assignment beginning in September.
If you enjoy variety in your day and like balancing recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and special projects, this opportunity offers the chance to step in and make an immediate impact while supporting a busy HR team.
Compensation
- $25-$29/hour DOE
- Up to 30 hours per week
- Temporary assignment: September 2026 - February 2027
- 100% onsite
In This Role, You'll
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications
- Support benefits administration and HR compliance activities
- Maintain HRIS records and personnel files
- Coordinate interviews and prepare offer documentation
- Assist with employee relations and HR initiatives
- Support reporting, HR projects, and process improvements
- Partner with the Interim HR Manager to support department priorities
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations
- Knowledge of benefits administration and employment law
- Experience working within an HRIS
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and support a variety of HR functions
