Recruiting, Training and Onboarding Specialist
Location: Arden/Fletcher area
Salary: Approximately $60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

A growing manufacturing company in the Arden/Fletcher area is seeking an organized, people-focused Recruiting, Training and Onboarding Specialist.
This person will work closely with the local HR team and corporate partners to recruit, welcome, and onboard approximately six to eight new employees each week. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and knows how to create a strong first impression for new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen candidates for manufacturing and support positions
- Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates
- Prepare for and facilitate new-hire orientation
- Guide approximately six to eight new employees through onboarding each week
- Help new hires complete required paperwork and understand company policies
- Coordinate training schedules with supervisors and department leaders
- Partner with the local HR team and corporate HR
- Maintain accurate employee, recruiting, and onboarding records
- Track candidates and new hires throughout the recruiting process
- Communicate expectations clearly before each employee’s first day
- Follow up with new employees and supervisors during the introductory period
- Help improve recruiting, training, and onboarding processes
- Support additional HR and employee-engagement projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruiting, onboarding, training, or human resources experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment is strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple new hires and open positions at the same time
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Confident presentation and group-facilitation skills
- Friendly, professional, and able to connect with employees at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable partnering with both local and corporate teams
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR and applicant-tracking systems
