Member Services & Payments Representative
Waynesville, NC | $23.27-$25.86/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Are you someone who enjoys helping people and has an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a friendly, dependable Member Services & Payments Representative to be the first point of contact for members while supporting payment processing and account services.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with excellent benefits, outstanding job stability, and opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members in the lobby and drive-thru
- Accept and process payments
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
- Answer questions about member accounts and services
- Update account information and maintain accurate records
- Support Accounts Receivable and payment processing
- Work closely with the Accounting team
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Cash handling, banking, teller, or payment processing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask and stay productive during slower periods
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Schedule & Pay
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Starting pay: $23.27/hour
- Increase to $25.86/hour after a successful 6-month introductory period
