Sales Coordinator
A premier custom home builder in North Asheville is growing and looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, can keep a lot of moving pieces organized, and enjoys helping customers through an exciting process: building their new home.
If you were working there last week, here are some of the things you would have done:
- Welcomed potential homeowners and helped introduce them to the building process
- Followed up with warm leads and scheduled appointments for the sales team
- Helped clients with home selections, upgrades, and next steps
- Answered questions about financing, surveys, HOAs, plan changes, and building progress
- Communicated with clients, Sales Managers, Project Managers, lenders, attorneys, and other partners
- Helped keep client paperwork and the sales pipeline organized
- Maintained an organized and welcoming design center
- Jumped in on those unexpected tasks that always seem to pop up!
What We Look For:
- Previous customer service, sales support, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Comfortable following up with leads and talking with potential customers
- Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems
- Residential construction, real estate, or home design experience is a plus

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
- When working Saturday, you will receive a weekday off
- One Saturday off per month
- Sundays off
