Customer Service Coordinator | South Asheville
$20/hr | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
We’re hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the healthcare industry in South Asheville.
This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to last about 2 months, starting October 19, making it a great opportunity for steady work heading into the holiday season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer and make phone calls throughout the day
- Assist clients with questions and next steps
- Coordinate with insurance companies and medical offices
- Help schedule appointments
- Process payments
- Document information accurately
- Work with medical records
- Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service
- Assist with additional office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with both clients and medical offices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Able to handle sensitive information professionally
- Must be able to pass a background check
