Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, welding skills, and the ability to accurately document maintenance activities using computer-based systems.
Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Conduct welding and light fabrication repairs as needed

Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)

Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records using computer systems

Enter work orders, parts usage, and service reports into maintenance software

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Assist with equipment installations and upgrades

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Welding experience required (MIG/TIG/Stick preferred)

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available for on-call and emergency response

Computer skills required for data entry and maintenance record keeping

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Strong attention to detail and documentation

High school diploma or GED required (technical certification a plus)
