Schedule
🕔 Shift begins at 5:00 AM and ends when production is complete.
Mandatory overtime is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of precast concrete products.
- Prepare and clean molds before and after concrete pours.
- Pour, level, and finish concrete according to production specifications.
- Remove finished concrete products from molds using proper equipment and techniques.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment safely.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general labor duties as assigned.
