We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join the Environmental Services (EVS) team at a local hospital. As an EVS Technician, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
Schedule
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Must be available to work every 3rd weekend
- Additional shifts or holidays may be required based on hospital needs
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, waiting areas, offices, and other hospital departments.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces following hospital infection control procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines, cleaning protocols, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
