Job Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Support students with academic assignments and classroom instruction.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and other school functions.
- Encourage positive behavior and help maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Assist with classroom organization, educational materials, and administrative tasks.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students as directed.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or teacher aide experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
