Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline of client communication. This role supports
customers by processing orders, resolving issues, answering product and shipping questions, and ensuring
every job meets expectations. The CSR works closely with production, shipping, and account management
teams to provide exceptional service and fast, clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner.
- Guide customers through order placement, file submissions, and product selections.
- Resolve order-related issues including delays, reprints, or delivery concerns.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
- Communicate changes in job specs, turnaround times, or order status proactively.
- Maintain accurate notes and records for customer interactions.
- Assist with invoicing, credit requests, and tracking information when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a print, manufacturing, or B2B setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable with order systems, CRM software, and basic Excel or Google Sheets usage.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with printing processes or products is a plus, but not required.
