💰 Salary: $60K–$70K (based on experience)
🕒 Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
We’re seeking a dedicated, rule-following leader to join our team! This position partners closely with company leadership and HR to ensure smooth operations and effective performance management.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage a crew of 25 employees
✅ Partner with HR for coaching and performance management
✅ Maintain compliance with safety rules and company policies
✅ Operate a forklift as needed
✅ Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting and communication
