Now Hiring: Farm Production Associate
Pay: $11+/HR (Based on Experience)
Join a hardworking production team in an agricultural environment! Duties include filling trays with compost, shoveling material, keeping the work area clean, and assisting with the movement of production trays through the growing process. This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive position in a muddy, outdoor/warehouse setting.
Schedule:
🕖 Start at 7:00 AM until the day's work is complete (typically 8–10 hour shifts).
Qualifications:
- Able to perform heavy physical labor
- Comfortable working in dirty, muddy conditions
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable and dependable
