We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team! This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining and improving equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery
- Complete facility repairs, upgrades, and special projects
- Assist with painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GAPs, and GMPs
- Accurately complete daily logs and reports
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with maintenance or repair experience
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and complete projects independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
