Key Responsibilities:
*Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work.
*Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
*Consult with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
*Prepare and present bid proposals and cost breakdowns to clients and management.
*Tracking, evaluating risks, and collaborating with managers
