Job Full Description
Welder's Helper Needed!!!!
One will assist welders with setup, preparation, and staging of materials. Measure, cut, grind, and clean metal components according to specifications. Operate basic shop tools such as grinders, saws, drills, and material-handling equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment. Move and position materials using pallet jacks, carts, or overhead cranes (training provided). Perform basic tack welding or fitting tasks as skills develop (if approved by supervisor). Inspect materials for defects and report issues to the lead or supervisor. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop protocols. Support general fabrication tasks as needed to keep production flowing.
Pay is based on experience.
