Experienced Forklift Operator
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in a production-focused environment. This position requires operators who are confident handling high-stack storage, double forks, and wide pallet loads while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate understands that safe product movement and attention to detail are just as important as meeting production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Transport, store, and retrieve products from warehouse storage locations
- Perform high-stack forklift operations
- Handle wide pallet loads and double-fork configurations
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and warehouse standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support daily production and shipping schedules while maintaining safety and accuracy
Qualifications
- Recent forklift operating experience required
- Experience with high stacking, double forks, and wide pallet loads strongly preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to safe forklift operation
- Ability to safely work around pedestrians, equipment, and warehouse traffic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred

Shift A
- Sunday–Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Shift B
- Sunday–Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift C
- Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift D
- Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
