Job Description:
Seeking experienced Seed Packaging Line Workers to assist with the production and packaging of grass seed products. This position involves operating on a packaging line, filling and bagging seed, sealing bags, and stacking finished products onto pallets. Employees will be required to maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
Job Duties:
- Bag and package grass seed products accurately and efficiently
- Seal bags and prepare products for shipment
- Stack filled bags onto pallets
- Lift, move, and stack bags weighing approximately 30–40 pounds throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous grass seed experience required
- Ability to lift and move 30–40 pounds continuously throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Pay: $16.50/hour
