General Labor
Pay: $18.00/hourSchedule: Currently 5 days/week, 10-hour shifts. Expected to return to a 4x10 schedule (Monday–Thursday) within the next couple of months.
Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our production team as General Labor associates. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with general production and facility operations
Perform physical labor throughout the shift
Lift, move, and handle materials and products safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Support team members and help meet daily production goals
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs occasionally
Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, stooping, and twisting
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Previous production or general labor experience is helpful, but not required
