Auto Body Paint Technician

?? Pay: $15.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience)
Our client is looking for a dependable and skilled Auto Body Paint Technician to join their team! Key Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming

Mix and apply paint coatings using spray guns and refinishing tools

Match and blend colors for a seamless finish

Conduct dent repair and light auto body work

Operate within paint booths and drying systems

Read and interpret repair estimates

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-
Provide occasional mentorship to less experienced team members
-
Deliver quality results that meet industry standards and deadlines
Qualifications:

Previous experience in auto body painting or related role

School training or certifications welcome

Strong understanding of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques

Familiarity with tools such as spray guns, sanders, and paint booths

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license preferred

Must have own tools (assistance may be provided for the right candidate)
