Tim Hole

Business Development Specialist

Born in Sonoma County, California but raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Timothy attended and graduated from Klamath Union High School as a proud Pelican. If you’re familiar with the event, you may have seen his picture before as a previous Mr. Pelican. His career began amidst the height of the pandemic, helping customers from a distance, literally. His background is in sales, starting with retail experience, then continued to management, regional, and consulting positions.

Timothy’s focus has been, and continues to be, truly helping those he works with; believing that relationships and community are of paramount importance. The goal is to make his community the best place it can be for his three children to grow, learn, and thrive, and he sees developing relationships, helping local businesses, and employing individuals as the perfect place to start. He believes that small acts and changes compounding through a community is enough to move mountains, leading to serious positive changes for us all.

Outside of work, you will regularly find Timothy spending time with his wife and kids, playing all kinds of strategy games, and going out for a round of disc golf. He enjoys new and thrilling experiences: trying new foods, visiting new places, or even skydiving— a personal favorite. He doesn’t like to do anything halfway, and the dedication to his family and community are no exception.
