Born in Totolan, Michoacán, Mexico, and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Silvia is a proud graduate of Mazama High School. Her journey of professional and personal growth has been a driving force behind her decision to pursue her current career path. Prior to this, she built a foundation in the medical field, where she was fortunate to have numerous opportunities to learn and develop her skills.

With a deep commitment to making a long-term impact, Silvia is dedicated to using her expertise to benefit her community as much as possible. Her passion for helping others fuels her professional ambitions and motivates her to continuously strive for excellence.

Outside of work, Silvia cherishes spending quality time with her family and children. Whether they are exploring the beauty of local lakes or enjoying a day at the park, these moments are precious and rejuvenating, reinforcing her dedication to both her personal and professional life.

Zoey Hildebrand

FOC/Recruiting Assistant

Born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Zoey brings three years of experience with H&R Block, where she developed strong customer service, administrative, data entry, scheduling, and communication skills. Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork make her a valuable addition to the Express Employment Professionals team.

Zoey is passionate about continuing to grow professionally and embracing new opportunities to learn. She values honesty, integrity, and taking responsibility, and she believes in being prepared to expect the unexpected.

Outside of work, Zoey enjoys spending time with her children and fiancé and pursuing her passion for art. She hopes to attend tattoo school in the future and eventually open her own tattoo shop. Her parents and grandmother have been important inspirations in her life, showing her the value of hard work, family, and balancing both personal and professional goals.
