Digital Marketing & Loyalty Specialist
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local client.
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Loyalty Specialist to help drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. In this role, you’ll manage loyalty programs, execute digital marketing strategies, and support promotional campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and coordinate content, oversee website updates, manage social media, and analyze campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer loyalty programs, reporting, and customer issue resolution

Plan and execute digital campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing

Develop and maintain marketing content for both digital and print

Coordinate in-store promotions, giveaways, and special events

Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to optimize strategies

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For:

Pay starts at $20/hour and is negotiable depending on experience.
