Education & Outreach Specialist
Klamath Falls, OR
$17–$20 per hour
Mon–Fri, 9 am – 5 pm
Part-time or Full-time | Benefits Eligible
What You’ll Do
-
Create and deliver educational content and lesson plans
-
Build partnerships with local schools and community groups
-
Organize youth programs, matinees, and camps
-
Represent the organization at community events
-
Develop strategies to engage new and diverse audiences
-
Assist with grant proposals, program budgets, and outreach reports
-
Collaborate with marketing to promote events and programs
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in theater, education, communications, or related field
-
3+ years in education, outreach, or youth development
-
Strong communication & organizational skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite & social media tools
-
Friendly, professional, and inclusive approach with the community
