About the Role:
In this position, you’ll support injured employees through the recovery process. You’ll act as a key point of contact—walking them through next steps, coordinating light-duty work options, confirming medical appointments, and answering any questions they have along the way.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with injured employees to explain the recovery and claims process.

Coordinate light-duty work assignments and follow-up plans.

Confirm medical appointments and track progress.

Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Serve as a reliable point of contact for both employees and management.
What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – many of the clients speak Spanish only.
