Digital Marketing & Website Assistant (Part-Time → Full-Time Potential)

Starting Pay: $15/hour (with additional task-based pay opportunities)
Hours: 8–12 hours per week to start (M–F, occasional weekends)
Location: In-person only (no remote work available)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to support our online presence and daily digital operations. This is a part-time, in-person role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Ideal candidates will have verifiable experience in at least some of the following: website management, social media, SEO, content creation, or digital marketing. A portfolio—professional or personal—is required.

Responsibilities

Website & E-Commerce (WordPress)

  • Add, update, and delete products

  • Edit detail/merchandise pages

  • Assist with basic reconciliation (PayPal, PCI, petty cash)

SEO & Traffic Growth

  • Support SEO best practices

  • Assist with strategies that increase organic website traffic

Content Creation

  • Edit and upload instructional YouTube videos

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

Marketing Coordination

  • Work with manufacturer co-op advertising programs

  • Submit and track rebate/ad-spend claims

Requirements

  • Some verifiable experience in digital marketing, website management, content creation, or social media

  • Portfolio of past work (professional or personal)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Must work on-site every shift (no remote option)

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week to start

  • Monday-Friday

  • Role may grow into full-time based on performance and workload

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay

  • $15/hour

  • Additional pay for certain tasks
