NOW HIRING: Roofing Estimator
Base Salary: $32,000 + Commission
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Local, well-established business
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join a reputable local roofing company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, analyzing project needs, and preparing accurate bids.
Responsibilities:

Perform on-site roofing inspections and measurements

Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and material lists

Communicate with customers regarding project details and pricing
-
Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure project accuracy and timelines

Maintain records of estimates, customer interactions, and job status
-
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications:
-
Prior roofing or construction estimating experience is preferred

Strong math and measurement skills
-
Ability to read plans, specs, and roof layouts
-
Good communication and customer service skills
-
Computer proficiency (estimating software experience a plus)

Valid driver’s license
