Accounting & HOA Operations Coordinator – Part-Time
Pay: $18–$22/hr | Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri | 10 AM – 3 PM (more hours possible!)
Looking for a polished, professional individual with accounting experience to handle HOA operations and creative projects. Tasks include:

Full-cycle accounting (Sage a plus!)

HOA communications & compliance

Creating surveys & graphics (SurveyMonkey + Canva)

Hosting community events & taking meeting minutes

Reviewing plans – real estate/construction experience encouraged
