Job Title: Seed Cutter
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working person to help prepare seed for planting. This role involves cutting, sorting, and handling seed carefully to keep quality high.
What You’ll Do:
- Cut seed to the right size
- Check for quality and remove damaged pieces
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow basic safety guidelines
- Help with general labor as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with repetitive work and being on your feet
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience is helpful but not required
