Job Full Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our clients wood products manufacturing team. This role supports the processing of lumber and florring and involves operating various machinery as well as performing hands-on labor throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines used to resurface, plane, and prepare lumber

Stack, move, and organize lumber throughout the production area

Visually grade lumber for quality, defects, and consistency

Assist with material handling and workflow between production stages
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or wood products is preferred but not required
-
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift, stack, and carry lumber as needed
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Regular lifting, bending, and stacking of materials
