Jae Morris joined Express Employment Professionals in 2017 as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist and quickly distinguished herself as a top performer. She later transitioned into a dedicated Skilled Trades recruiting role, where she consistently ranked in the Top 10 worldwide with Express, specializing in placing welders, maintenance technicians, construction professionals, and other skilled trades talent.

Today, Jae serves as the Operations Lead for the Medford office, supporting all areas of the business while continuing to connect local employers with qualified talent and helping job seekers find meaningful, long-term work. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon University and, outside of work, is usually planning her next Disney adventure.
