Job Full Description
We are looking for a full time Housing Assembler for a Grants Pass manufacturer that specializes in wire harnessing and electronics assembly. This is an early morning shift with overtime with long term employment opportunities.
Duties:
- Audit housing kits for wires, housing parts, and make inspections of parts and pieces
- Measure wires from each bundle to confirm appropriates lengths and sizes
- Complete documentation and record keeping tasks for housing parts before sending it to the next department
- Identify correct wires by color and sometimes small print, then insert correct wires into correct pin locations of the housing or connector
- Identify pin and wire locations from blueprints
Qualities and Requirements:
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Recent electronics/small part assembly experience
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to read a ruler
