We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist for wonderful e-commerce company here in White City, Oregon and we’re excited to talk with you! Wage starts at $21/hr.

What you will be doing:
- Answering customer questions via email
- Handling returned products
- Learning about products and their applications

- Peak Season availability - March through August is the busiest part of the year, during this time employees will be required to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in retail or the customer service field; email-based experience highly desired
- Comfortable using Macs and working with technology.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
- Any college-level coursework preferred
