Job Full Description
We are hiring a reliable, hardworking Entry-Level Fence Installer to join our clients crew. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced installers who take pride in quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential & commercial fence installation
- Perform general construction labor (digging, lifting, material handling)
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
- Work as part of a team to complete projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
- Basic tool experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (project dependent)
- 4x10s when possible
- Overtime available during peak season
