Job Title: Concrete Carpenters & Finishers (Commercial Projects)
Location: Based out of Medford, OR – Travel Required

About the Opportunity:
A well-established recruiting firm is partnering with a large commercial construction company to hire experienced Concrete Carpenters and Finishers for upcoming and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, set, and strip concrete forms for commercial projects
- Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (floors, sidewalks, curbs, etc.)
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or finisher in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of forming systems and finishing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments is required
