Job Full Description
We are looking for a full time Assembler for a Medford company that fabricates ergonomic mounts for computer, cabinet, wall, and various work stations. This is a temp to hire opportunity, on day shift with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in any are of the company as directed by manager
- Has to be flexible and have the ability to work under close supervision
- Must work well with different levels of employees and managers
Essential Results:
- Assist in manufacturing
- Maintain production efficiency and standards to maximum level
- Maintain quality and quantity levels
- Assist in positioning work
- Assist in setting up jobs
- Perform hand operations such as filing, deburring, cleaning, disk grinding
- Maintain excellent communication with all managers and staff
- Continue to learn with the company
- Operate open equipment as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
