Temporary Indirect Funding Specialist
Pay: $23–$29 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary
Assignment Duration: Beginning of June through Mid-September
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Indirect Funding Specialist to join our Consumer Lending team on a temporary basis from early June through mid-September. This role is responsible for processing indirect loan and lease contracts received from dealer partners and third-party lending vendors, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced lending environment. This position serves as a key support resource for dealer partners, lending vendors, and internal team members while ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process indirect loan and lease contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review loan packets for completeness and compliance prior to funding.
- Finalize applications within the loan origination system and coordinate disbursement of funds.
- Communicate with dealer partners and third-party lending vendors via phone, email, fax, and lending systems.
- Resolve issues related to funding documentation and loan processing.
- Provide support for additional lending service functions, including title processing, quality control, and branch lending support.
- Maintain knowledge of lending policies, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal staff, vendors, and external partners.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience
- One to three years of related lending, funding, loan processing, or financial services experience preferred.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
