As an Inside Sales Representative for New Car Sales, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring their next vehicle. This role focuses on handling inbound leads, answering questions, and guiding customers through the early stages of the car-buying process. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this is a great opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and online leads
- Provide accurate information on new vehicle models, features, and availability
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales team
- Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive, professional experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to support the sales process and improve conversion
- Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly goals
