As a Dishwasher & Kitchen Support team member, you’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting daily food service operations. This role is essential to the success of the kitchen and ensures a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dish stations, and work surfaces
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and support tasks as needed
- Take out trash, break down boxes, and keep back-of-house areas organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment
