We are seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Desktop Technician to support a busy and collaborative IT environment. In this role, you will assist with troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues to keep employees connected and productive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping others with technology, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely support to end users
- Set up and deploy new computer equipment for employees
- Maintain documentation of support requests and technical solutions
- Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and IT projects as needed
