Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Are you an experienced property management professional who enjoys building relationships with tenants and property owners? Join a locally owned property management company overseeing hundreds of single-family homes throughout the Portland metro area. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio, work closely with leadership, and build a long-term career with a smaller, supportive team.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 275–300 single-family rental homes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Coordinate owner meetings and provide updates on property needs and performance.
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests and property repairs.
- Conduct property tours and assist with move-ins and move-outs.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and address tenant concerns.
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure timely communication with owners, tenants, and vendors
