We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Building Landscaping & Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing properties. In this role, you will handle a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks to keep grounds in top condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in their work.
Duties:
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds care
- Perform routine cleanup of walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
- Remove debris, trash, and handle seasonal cleanup tasks
- Assist with planting, watering, and basic irrigation upkeep
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Inspect grounds and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
