Are you enthusiastic about connecting with people and helping them find the right solutions? We’re seeking a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our motivated sales team and play a key role in driving customer engagement and sales growth.
In this role, you’ll reach out to potential and current customers, handle incoming inquiries, and guide clients through their purchasing decisions—all while working from our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact new and existing customers by phone and email to introduce products and services
- Promptly respond to inbound customer inquiries with detailed and helpful information
- Identify and qualify sales leads, scheduling appointments for the field sales team
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software
- Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to overall team success
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
