Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and building systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience.
Job Duties:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, facilities, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain the property’s interior and exterior, including painting, lighting, and basic landscaping.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of completed work.
• Assist with special projects and preventive maintenance programs as assigned.
