Are you outgoing, friendly, and love talking to people? We’re hiring for a Marketing & Advertising Inside Sales Representative to join a fun and energetic marketing company that specializes in coordinating local events and managing the everyday advertising needs of businesses throughout the Portland area.
In this role, you’ll be making business-to-business calls to ask companies if they’re open to displaying marketing posters and flyers for various clients. You’ll be given a script, a call list, and full training on how to navigate the conversation—no pressure, just straightforward and simple calls to start a conversation.
If you’re someone who enjoys chatting on the phone, is confident talking with business owners or managers, and wants to work in a relaxed but productive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling local businesses to ask if they’re interested in displaying posters or flyers for client campaigns
- Following a short, easy-to-learn script with plenty of support from your team
- Requesting to speak with managers and walking them through the advertising opportunity
- Recording call outcomes and any notes in the tracking system
- Receiving instructions and key details for each campaign or advertising service you’re promoting
- Building friendly, professional rapport with business contacts over the phone
- Supporting other promotional and outreach tasks as needed
