Looking for a friendly, people-focused opportunity with a welcoming team? Join a local window screen and glass company where you’ll greet customers, help with screen drop-offs and pickups, and follow up on incoming customer inquiries. This is a great fit for someone with customer service experience who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly in a close-knit work environment!
Duties:
- Greet customers arriving to drop off or pick up window screens and glass products.
- Assist customers with basic questions about orders, services, business hours, and location.
- Review incoming call logs and identify important customer inquiries that need follow-up.
- Return customer calls and gather information about their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and provide helpful information.
- Pass along messages or transfer calls to the manager when available.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while helping maintain an organized front office.
