Job Full Description
We are seeking a Battery Installer to join our growing team! As a Battery Installer, you will be responsible for replacing and installing car batteries, testing battery performance, and ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards. Duties:

Install and replace vehicle batteries in a timely manner

Test batteries to ensure proper functionality and diagnose any issues

Perform electrical system checks and minor repairs

Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Record all work performed and parts used for customer billing and inventory management

Assist in the safe disposal of old batteries and parts

Ensure all installations meet manufacturer and company safety standards

Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily goals
Preferred Skills:
-
Previous experience as a battery installer or in an automotive repair shop is a plus

Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to lift and install batteries (up to 50 pounds)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
