What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance fixes
- Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, lasting solutions
- Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Prep units for new tenants, including painting, patching, and fixture replacement
- Assist with seasonal tasks like snow/ice removal or pool maintenance (as applicable)
- Coordinate with property managers and vendors when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with property standards and codes
