Job Full Description
We’re seeking a Print Press Machine Operator to join a local, family-owned Media and Marketing company in the Tigard area. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the print production process, operating large-format printing presses to produce high-quality materials such as banners, metal signage, wall wraps, and other custom graphics. If you have experience with Onyx print software or other RIP systems, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work in a creative, hands-on environment.
Job Duties:
- Operate large-format printing press and related equipment for various print materials
- Read and interpret job packets to determine production specifications
- Load artwork files into Onyx or other RIP software for print setup
- Manage print cycles, monitor output quality, and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine press maintenance, including adding ink and changing materials
- Trim, grommet, and package finished products for shipment or installation
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
